Every organization work with a specific vision in mind and has certain objectives with which it works so that the vision is achieved as efficiently as possible. While organizations are essentially about, revenues, profits, sustainable development, and social responsibility, and there are enough strategies at work to ensure that these retain, but if given a freedom, I would like to make provisions for privileges like mandatory vacations every six months, enrollment in extra-curricular activity-based sessions like trekking, debate, nature clubs, and the like, mandatory participation in at least one sporting events annually, and meditation sessions every quarter.
